Custom or personalized gift boxes are non-refundable, unless they were damaged or delivered incorrectly.

2. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
3. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you paid via Cash on Delivery, we will arrange a bank transfer or store credit.

Exchanges

If you prefer, we can arrange a replacement gift box instead of a refund.

Exceptions

We cannot accept refund requests for change of mind or delays caused by courier services.
Products used, opened, or without original packaging are not eligible for refunds.
